Postdoc Bargaining
At approximately 9pm tonight, the Postdoc bargaining team reached a tentative agreement with UW administration!
Even though both units have now reached tentative agreements, at this time we are still on strike. As soon as you are able, please respond to the poll to determine when our strike should end. This poll will remain open until 8am tomorrow (Thursday). **Please note that you may change/resubmit your vote until 8am; your newest vote will replace any prior vote. We will share the results of the poll and whether the strike has been called off shortly after. If you’d like to attend the postdoc meeting tomorrow morning to hear a little more about their tentative agreement, you can RSVP for the 8:00am Zoom link.
RSE Contract Ratification Process
Since we reached a tentative agreement on our contract with UW late last night, we will now begin the ratification process. You can view all of the tentatively agreed upon articles on our website. Here is the plan for our ratification vote:
- There will be information sessions on 6/15, 6/16, and 6/20. Times/RSVP links forthcoming
- The ratification period will be from 6/16 to 6/20 and the vote will be online
- In a parallel process, the contract will be approved by the Board of Regents (7/12 or sooner)
