Your input is critical! Please fill this survey: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/UWRUBargain22

Forming a union allows UW Researchers to collectively decide what conditions best work for us. As we prepare to bargain with UW administration, it is vital that we determine what changes we want for a more fair, equitable, and healthy workplace environment. Many of you took the “preliminary bargaining survey” which helped identify key issues. This new, more detailed bargaining survey will help us create a comprehensive and representative bargaining agenda. With COVID still in full force, we anticipate negotiations will be difficult. However, as we have seen from the UW Academic Students Employees and the UW Postdocs unions, collectively we can make substantial improvements even during these trying times.

You can help today by taking a few minutes now to fill out this short survey, and encouraging other members to do the same. This survey should take 10-15 minutes to complete. Your individual responses are confidential.
