We formed a union & we have our first contract! Congratulations & looking forward to building power with everyone 
Final results: Out of 956 RSE A-4s voting, 942 (98.5%) voted YES to ratify the contract. Altogether, 65.0% of all RSE A-4s voted (956 out of 1470 total).
Next steps in building our collective power & preparing to enforce the strong contract that we’ve collectively ratified: participating in the union membership drive! Sign your official union membership card today, and get involved in building our union. Building a strong union takes all of us, and there are many ways to get involved, from hosting a union social & membership drive in your department to participating in workgroups.
And don’t forget about the UAW 4121 social tomorrow starting at 5pm at Montlake Triangle & Rainier Vista for a post-picket party & ratification-rave!

What? Food, drinks (for you and your dog), music, kid-friendly activities including post-picket-crafting
